After Your Palette…

So you got your colors done and you have your palette, now what?  There are many different paces and ways in which you can move forward!  It is important to note that figuring out your visual harmony and personal style is a process and does not happen overnight.

I recommend slowly cycling through purging your current clothes and buying new clothes.

  • Start by going through your closet channeling Marie Kondo - what does or does not bring you joy.  Do you have something you never wear because it never feels right?  It probably isn’t in your color palette or season!  Then start checking if your clothes match your palette.

Sometimes staring into a closet full of clothes can be overwhelming!  It is a big project to take on and sometimes you need an extra set of eyes or just someone to keep you on task.

For $300, you receive 2 hours of guided objective support and advice while we go through each t-shirt, dress, short, blouse, sweater, jean, scarf, lipstick, etc to determine what should stay and what should go!

  • Bring your palette EVERYWHERE! The more you study it and compare it to different items the more you will see color (YES, you can and will see color!).  It is good to keep in mind that you don’t actually have to buy anything.  Taking some time, working with a personal shopper (this is a free service at some department stores), trying on all the clothes can really help you see your visual harmony.
